Can I cancel an order?

    Can I place an order as a 'guest'?

    Answer:

    Yes, a customer account will be created after the order has been placed.

    Reason:

        With our online shop it is possible to order as a guest.

      Our tip:
      Creating a customer account simply gives you more options as a customer and makes shopping easier. Ultimately, it means no more work for you, because you also have to enter your data completely once if you place an order as a guest. Please remember: Your data is safe with us and will be stored in accordance with data protection regulations.

    Is Genkidama just an online shop or also a store?

    • Genkidama is currently an online shop

      We don't have a store where you can come by spontaneously to shop, not yet :D
      BUT: We also offer you a pick-up service. All you have to do is contact us and make an appointment. Tel.: 0621 / 16 64 53 78 or by email: kontakt@genkidama.de
