Fate/Samurai Remnant (PS5)

Throughout the Fate series, pairs of Masters and heroic spirits—also called Servants—have fought in a series of "Holy Grail Wars" throughout history. The victorious duo receives an ancient artifact that grants wishes. Fate/Samurai Remnant continues the series' epic Holy Grail War in the fourth year of the Keian era in Edo-period Japan. Several decades have passed since the end of a turbulent, bloody era, and while the people finally enjoy peace and tranquility, a battle between seven pairs of Masters and their Servants is about to begin, while the Waxing Moon Ritual unfolds in the shadows. Here, the game's hero, Miyamoto Iori, a young man in Asakusa, finds himself, along with his servant Saber, battling to become the last remaining pair who can obtain the wish-granter, the Waxing Moon Vessel.

In Fate/Samurai Remnant, players take control of MASTER Miyamoto Iori, who has studied the Niten Ichiryu swordsmanship style. He fights alongside Saber, a SERVANT with strength surpassing that of humans. When encountering enemies beyond human control, players can command their SERVANT to attack with powerful magical techniques or even take direct control of the SERVANT to attack. Dynamic battle scenes between SERVANTs take the action to a new level and are a must-see for fans of the series!

Throughout the game, players will have the opportunity to explore the city of Edo, where terraced houses, samurai residences, and brothels stand side by side. The streets are bustling with people, and the characters, each with a distinct Japanese flair, come to life. As they follow the story, players can interact with various characters and animals throughout the city, explore a variety of areas, and face a host of challenges as they fight for survival in the latest Holy Grail War!
