For this reason, it can sometimes happen that the packaging of items is damaged during transport to us or during the storage process.
In this context, we speak of items with damaged packaging, which we divide into two classifications:

1 Damaged packaging identifiable by the article number or addition in the title “1DAP” |
2 Severely damaged packaging identifiable by the article number addition or addition in the title “2DAP” |
IMPORTANT:
The defect only affects the packaging, while the actual item is undamaged. To help you classify the defect, you'll find sample images below that illustrate the approximate extent of damage:
